• Design and create engaging motion graphics for various media • Develop and execute ad creative concepts aligned with brand and marketing strategy • Translate concepts into compelling visual narratives • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality • Provide design support for visual assets • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Stay current with trends in motion graphics and digital advertising

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in motion graphics and digital advertising • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) • Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and ad creative work • Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects • Excellent visual, communication, and storytelling skills • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands • Experience with 3D animation and video production is a plus
