We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey! • Your Mission: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing Product team. Reporting to our Director of Product Payment Services, you will be supporting the team on optimizing approval rates for payment transactions within our organization. In this critical role, you will lead and drive initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our payment approval processes, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on payment solutions or financial technology. • Demonstrated success in improving approval rates and reducing transaction friction in the payments industry. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Understanding of payment industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering successful products to market. • Experience with regulatory compliance in the payments industry is a plus.
