• Promote NUVISAN CMC Business Unit • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling/emailing, networking, social media, and other lead generation strategies • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects • Conduct discovery calls, pitch solutions, and deliver presentations to meet client needs • Ensure a high level of communication with clients • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in R&D, procurement, and executive teams • Plan and follow-up commercial visits and roadshows; represent the organization at industry events • Maintain a strong understanding of the commercial landscape to identify and target market growth opportunities • Work closely with Marketing to identify new opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on key sales metrics • Lead pricing and contract negotiations aligned with internal delivery capabilities and margin goals • Ensure RFPs are best-in-class for efficient proposal submission • Achieve set objectives for order entry • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure delivery excellence upon project initiation.
• Degree in life sciences (ideally analytics, pharmacy, biochemistry) or equivalent • Functional and/or technical knowledge in the field of CDMO/CMC services • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development (preferably in a hunter role) • Strong resilience and a drive to grow Nuvisan’s customer portfolio • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently • Fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages such as German and French are appreciated • Willingness to travel to visit clients and Nuvisan operational sites.
