📋 Description

• Review court publications and schedule deadlines in the system • Analyze complex cases and prepare reports • Request required actions from the client and meet deadlines • Draft complaints, defenses, counterclaims, motions, and appeals • Handle enforcement proceedings, objections to enforcement, summary collection proceedings, debt collection claims, contract revision claims, damages claims, declaratory actions, accounting actions, and interim relief proceedings • Handle cases during the merits, judgment enforcement, and judgment liquidation phases • Respond to client inquiries through the internal system and email • Handle client requests submitted via spreadsheets • Handle complex cases and urgent measures requested by the client • Enter case-related information into the firm’s case management system • Analyze whether appeals may be waived • Request compliance with obligations to act and to pay • Request supporting information and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of active registration with the São Paulo State Bar Association (OAB-SP); registrations from other states will not be considered • Experience in law firms, preferably in high-volume litigation • Experience drafting defenses and appeals • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the Internet • Strong written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in Small Claims Court proceedings • Knowledge of banking litigation and consumer law is a plus • Up-to-date knowledge of Brazil’s 2015 Code of Civil Procedure • Ability to manage a high volume of daily analyses • Commitment and reliability
