📋 Description

• Use our active sales strategy to find opportunities, build connections, and secure new business • Collaborate with the Marketing team and management to generate a consistent stream of potential leads and convene regularly to adapt strategies as necessary • Aid in organizing and executing seminars, webinars, user groups, and similar events alongside Marketing and leadership • Offer insights on enhancing the sales process, improving sales tools, and any other initiatives that can speed up the acquisition of new clients and ensure their satisfaction for future references

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling ERP solutions, especially Sage, to C-Level decision-makers • Proficient in time management, basic telesales skills, and familiarity with Oasis’ products and services (training provided) • Goal-oriented individual with a track record of achieving personal targets and collaborating effectively within a team • Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively • Maintains a professional demeanor • Demonstrates a commitment to pursuing a long-term career in sales within the tech industry • Capable of mastering responsibilities while gaining a broader understanding of the organization's functions, processes, and protocols • Coachable, self-motivated, passionate, creative, curious, and resilient, with a determined attitude to accomplish tasks • Possesses diverse interests, backgrounds, and experiences.
