Description

• Ensure legal compliance of company products and activities with local guidelines and codes • Provide expertise and assessment comments on regulations for new launched products • Help in preparation of health claim petitions and notifications • Support innovation and product lifecycle projects with regulatory expertise • Be involved in product registration/line extension • Follow up and interpret regulatory trends • Interface with internal functions for company-wide initiatives • Provide proactive regulatory watch and point of contact for authorities • Collect and disseminate updated official rules and policies • Assist with customer complaints and feedback • Maintain regulatory communication with customers and suppliers • Participate in new product development and formula adjustments • Lead withdrawals or recalls • Validate communication materials and support communication team • Required qualifications include Phd, Master, or Degree in food inspection, food science, nutrition or equivalent • At least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong project management skills • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively • Positive, cooperative, and teamwork spirit • Familiar with local and abroad regulations • Knowledge of food legislation in HK/TW, Korea, Japan, and ASEAN is a plus • Member of site management team • Based in Senoko, Singapore

Requirements

• Phd, Master or Degree in food inspection, food Science, nutrition or equivalent • At least 10 years’ experience on regulatory affairs in multinational food companies • Excellent Communication skills, fluent oral and written English • Strong multi-task project management skills • Ability to prioritize and coordinate, with a great degree of flexibility • High level of attention to detail required • Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively, requiring little supervision • Optimized, positive, cooperative, teamwork spirit, good communication skill and interpersonal skill • Familiar with related literature file and regulation in local and abroad • Keeps abreast of food legislation and importing provision in HK/TW area, Korea, Japan and ASEAN will be a plus • To be a member of site management team • To be based in Senoko, Singapore
