• Lead and inspire multiple team managers and 50+ engineers • Support Recruiters and Talent Team in bringing the best people into the business • Ensure necessary skills, mentoring, and equipment for team • Design processes for engineers to deliver epic customer experience • Motivate team to be part of zero carbon journey • Coach team for excellence and growth • Support Senior Operations Manager in delivering business strategy • Support Technical assurance team in quality installations and accreditation requirements • Ensure awesome customer experiences
Requirements
• Experience leading and inspiring people in operational field and engineering roles • Experience leading Team Managers and indirectly managing 50-100 engineers • Relevant industry experience, preferably in energy/electrical/renewables/smart metering/low carbon space • Understanding of electrical/metering industry • Confidence, resilience, organization, and cool-headedness • Ability to build networks, collaborate, and focus on quality, safety, and customer experience • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking • Proactive and productive work style • Willingness to travel and drive innovation • Passion for energy efficiency and fighting climate change
