• Active expansion of our sales — from new customer acquisition to the development of strategic key accounts • Development and implementation of sales and trade strategies • Responsibility for building, developing and managing wholesale, specialist retail, grocery/food retail (LEH) and key accounts • Conducting pricing, terms and annual negotiation meetings • Planning and execution of POS, sell-through and trade marketing activities • Managing sales activities based on KPIs • Close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management
• Several years of B2B sales experience (beverages, wine, spirits or FMCG) • Experience building customer bases and channels • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-responsibility and strong operational execution skills • Willingness to travel • Fluent German and good English
