• Design and execute quantitative research studies, including surveys, A/B tests, usability tests, and experiments • Develop data collection protocols, analyze large datasets, and derive actionable insights • Utilize quantitative methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in user behavior • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure user engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present research findings to stakeholders • Manage global customer experience programs and provide project management support
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Social Science, Management, or related field from a top university • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantitative user experience research or related field • Proficiency in statistical analysis, experimental design, data visualization (Python, R, SPSS, Excel) • Strong understanding of quantitative and survey-based research methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Analytical abilities, project management skills, and attention to detail • Additional skills advantageous: familiarity with web analytics platforms, BI tools, statistical packages, and programming background
