• End-to-End commercial responsibility for Eastern and Central India. • Prospecting potential customers to securing enquiries. • Converting enquiries to orders and managing customer during delivery. • Cash collection and managing customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. • Owns and executes the Strategic and Operating Sales Plan.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in business administration or any stream of engineering is required. • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. • 12-15 years of total experience. • Minimum 6-8 years of experience working in a leadership role in Sales or Business Development. • Experience in solution sales of capital equipment or industrial products like pumps, filters, valves, pressure vessels and compressors is desirable. • Experience working in industries like petrochemicals, oil and gas, process, chemical, fertilisers are preferable. • Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
