Description

• Design, develop, edit, and deliver accurate and effective developer documentation for Okta products • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, Developer Content Strategy, and members of the Information Development team to ensure quality and accuracy of content • Prioritize projects when working with multiple engineering teams • Collaborate with developers to review and finalize API documentation • Analyze customer feedback before and after delivering documentation to enhance content depth, quality, and relevance

Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant experience writing developer documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products • Bachelor degree or certificate in Technical Writing is preferred • Experience writing developer and API documentation • Experience using Visual Studio Code, Redocly or similar developer documentation tools • Experience using source control tools such as Git and GitHub and creating content in Markdown and YAML • Strong ability to understand the application of security products in the real world and produce use case-based content
