Description

• Spearhead the design component of multiple strategic projects from ideation through to delivery. • Drive design best practices and continue to build up our component library. • Work across engineering teams to ensure all projects adhere to our overall design standards and design language. • Effectively prioritise your time across multiple teams so that each team gets what they need from design when they need it.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of product design (UX & UI) experience in a B2B SaaS environment - bonus if any is in the marketing space. • Experience of using, contributing to and updating a design system • User-centric - you care deeply about users and their experience using a product. You collect data and lead sessions to become an expert on who they are. • Teamwork - you can collaborate effectively with other designers to implement a consistent vision and translate that to multiple teams. • Curious - you are always keen to understand the ‘why?’ • Innovative - you can solve problems is ways not obvious to others, or lead groups through the process of innovating themselves • Growth mindset - you always want to find ways to improve or help your colleagues improve, delivering and receiving constructive feedback with empathy • Organised - you can plan your time independently to meet the needs of many competing stakeholders • Pragmatic - you know there might be many ways of solving a problem, and that the most comprehensive way is not always the best way
