📋 Description

• Coordinate the accounts team, leading and developing professionals responsible for managing customer portfolios • Maintain close relationships with accountants, ensuring proper product usage, service quality, customer retention, and team performance • Distribute portfolios among team members and define and monitor operational routines • Support demand prioritization and resolve day-to-day bottlenecks • Manage individual and collective performance, targets, feedback, and professional development • Serve as the direct point of contact for accountants in complex, escalated, or strategic matters • Monitor account portfolio management metrics, including account health, churn, upsell, and satisfaction • Direct corrective actions with the team • Ensure the team is proficient in the product and its updates, serving as a multiplier of technical and functional knowledge • Lead onboarding and training for new team members • Identify process improvements in portfolio management and propose adjustments with leadership • Periodically report metrics and results to commercial leadership • Act as the link between the accounts team and the product, support, and finance teams to resolve customer requests

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience coordinating, supervising, or formally leading a commercial farmer team, including people management — mandatory requirement • Experience managing team metrics, including productivity, targets, portfolio health, churn, and upsell, at a leadership level • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or farmer roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B services, with experience leading a team • Knowledge of or familiarity with accountants’ workflows and the accounting ecosystem • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills • Analytical mindset for monitoring team metrics and proposing data-driven actions • Experience with ERP or accounting and tax management products is a plus • Experience working in high-volume portfolio environments and target-driven routines while managing teams • Situational leadership and proactivity • Results-oriented mindset • Problem-solving skills • Clear and assertive communication • Cross-functional collaboration
