Description

• Assist in the design, organization, execution, and delivery of training materials and programs • Help coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops • Participate in the evaluation and improvement of training effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis • Support the People Experience team in administrative tasks, including managing registrations and maintaining training records • Engage with employees and trainers to assess training needs and gather feedback • Contribute to the development of innovative learning strategies and tools • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and instructional guides • Collaborate with people/process leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives that align with organizational goals • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into training initiatives • Serve as a resource for employees seeking professional development opportunities, guiding career paths, skill development, and educational resources • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization, promoting a growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development

Requirements

• Either a recent graduate of or currently pursuing degrees in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development (OD), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • A strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for driving employee development initiatives • Prior professional experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software required • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
