• Either a recent graduate of or currently pursuing degrees in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development (OD), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • A strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for driving employee development initiatives • Prior professional experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software required • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends and best practices
