Description

β€’ Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities β€’ Conduct sales presentations and demos to prospects and clients β€’ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies β€’ Negotiate commercial agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefits β€’ Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the DeFi space and bring new ideas and opportunities to the team β€’ Represent Ondo Finance at industry events and conferences β€’ Contribute to the growth and success of the company and the DeFi ecosystem

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience β€’ At least 5 years of experience selling financial products and services to businesses and/or HNWIs β€’ Strong network of contacts in the crypto industry β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills β€’ Proven ability to negotiate and close commercial deals β€’ Passion for the DeFi ecosystem and a deep understanding of its potential β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed
