📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with existing agent/broker partners by assisting with new business submissions and service issues. • Facilitate the application and underwriting process with the agent/broker and the underwriters. • Respond to broker requests for information, documents, and general association insurance inquiries. • Provide technical expertise in coordinating the inside service of new and existing clients through sales, account development, and problem solving in accordance with the objectives and procedures based on Pearl Core Values and Standards. • Take inbound phone calls from agents. Track agent production, new business, and commission reports. • Follow up on leads – send, track, report, and review applications for pivot opportunities. • Review and approve marketing material request, process reimbursement requests (BDM/L&H Sales Manager to approve), and other administrative duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance related experience that includes 3+ years of experience working with independent contractor agents, and 3+ years of experience working in customer service. • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field preferred. • Comprehensive understanding of life and health insurance coverages and rating concepts preferred. • Life and Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire. • Valid driver’s license with a record of safe driving required.
