📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and deliver market-specific planograms using store clustering, space allocation strategies, and approved merchandising standards • Collaborate with market and retail teams to align planogram execution with business objectives, operational requirements, and KPIs • Analyze retail space utilization and merchandising effectiveness to improve store productivity, customer experience, and sales performance • Lead multiple space planning and optimization initiatives, ensuring milestones, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved • Drive planogram consistency, governance, and best practices across markets as a strategic partner to regional stakeholders • Identify process efficiencies, standardize workflows, and implement scalable retail planning methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Space Planning, Category Planning, or Planogram Development within a retail or consumer products environment • Hands-on expertise with industry-standard space planning tools such as JDA (Blue Yonder), Spaceman, Hoffrogge, or equivalent planogram software • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite • Ability to perform data analysis and reporting • Demonstrated project management experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills • Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams
