Description

• Working within the Graph Node team to improve data processing and querying capabilities • Familiarizing with Rust codebase of Graph Node • Using subgraphs to understand specifications and developer experience • Setting up performance tests, quantitative assessments, and monitoring changes • Reviewing and contributing to pull requests • Documenting important aspects of software for community understanding

Requirements

• Contributed more than 10,000 lines of code to a production software product • Proficient in relational databases and modern data stacks • Desire to code in Rust • Understanding of data systems theory and structures • Interest in GraphQL, federated data, and query frameworks • Comfortable working with existing systems and codebase • Proficient in tracing and debugging complex software • Knowledge of academia and theory behind software libraries
