• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR diligence materials • Own back-end Workday setup and data integrity • Manage the Employee Workday Onboarding Tracker • Review, audit, and ensure all employment documents are fully executed • Coordinate all logistics for a seamless Day 1 experience • Set up and support HR & Benefits Orientation calls • Coordinate benefits integration activities • Manage ongoing operational responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; human resources, psychology, or related field, preferred • 2+ years’ HR experience, preferred • Experience with Workday HRIS, highly preferred • M&A, onboarding, or HR operations experience, preferred • Experience with SmartSheets or similar project management tools, preferred • Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and resourceful • Strong organizational skills • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment • Ability to travel within the US (Less than 5%)
