• Lead Product Designer role • Focus on UX and UI design • Manage and coach junior members of the team • Participate in UX/UI lifecycle • Work with product team • Sketch and prototype ideas • Work with engineering team • Ensure designs are consistent • Own the company's design system • Mentor junior designers • Work with marketing • Design experience gained in an agency environment • Remote work option
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working in UX or UI design on a digital product • Experience with B2B and B2C products • Appreciation of the product development process • Fluency with visual and interaction design tools • Excellent communication skills • Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience • Competency with HTML/CSS • Understanding of technical requirements and limitations • Experience with designing marketplace and/or SaaS products • Experience in/with tech startups • Ability to collaborate proactively • Specific experience of property marketplaces would be highly beneficial
