📋 Description

• Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Act as the first point of contact for customer support requests • Document support cases and solution paths in a structured and comprehensible manner within the ticketing system • Help expand the knowledge base • Set up software solutions remotely for customers via online remote access • Conduct training sessions on how to use the software • Maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using IT applications in day-to-day work • Enthusiasm for technical solutions • Sound knowledge of Windows • Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications • Strong customer and service orientation • Excellent communication skills • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and understandably • No prior professional experience required
