📋 Description

• As a Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/f/d), you are the primary contact for the operation, development, and security of our entire Microsoft 365 environment. • You operate and administer the entire Microsoft 365 platform including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. • You manage users, groups, and licenses in the M365 Admin Center and Entra—efficiently, securely, and with a service-oriented approach. • You configure and maintain security and compliance settings such as MFA, Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, and DLP. • You support end users with questions about M365 apps and actively contribute to knowledge transfer and training. • You monitor the M365 Health Dashboard, handle incidents, and produce reports on platform health. • In addition, you manage device access via Intune (MDM/MAM) to ensure smooth mobile working. • You collaborate closely with the IT security team to implement modern security policies in the Microsoft cloud. • You reliably document configurations and permissions and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing M365.

🎯 Requirements

• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. • You have experience administering security features—e.g., MFA, DLP, Defender, Conditional Access. • You work in a structured, independent manner and document your changes carefully. • You have initial experience in change management and are ITIL-aware. • You have PowerShell skills to automate recurring tasks. • You are strong in communication, confident in advising, and present a service-oriented manner. • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in M365 administration or a comparable role. • You also have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
