• Provide support for the company's administrative, financial, and operational routines • Ensure organization and smooth flow of internal processes • Handle customer and supplier inquiries and communications • Monitor technical and commercial requests • Document control • Provide basic financial support • Maintain inventory organization • Support the commercial and technical teams
• Previous experience in administrative routines, customer service, or operational support • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to follow up on processes and maintain follow-up with customers and suppliers • Proactive, with initiative to seek information and resolve issues • Strong group communication and interpersonal skills • Hands-on attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility • Strong writing skills for frequent communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with technical and operational demands • Interest in learning about technical and business processes • Availability to support administrative and operational activities of the commercial and technical teams
