📋 Description

• Lead clients’ paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other channels, continuously testing angles and narratives in collaboration with the creative team • Conduct the initial tracking assessment for each account and monitor data health, ensuring media performance can be connected to sales • Evaluate clients’ sales processes and track leads through to conversion, identifying gaps and optimizing media to generate leads that become revenue • Architect the agency’s new-business pipeline, including acquisition strategy, media campaigns, and lead-quality monitoring in partnership with the sales team • Leverage AI to scale operations through automated dashboards, faster analyses, and streamlined reporting • Structure the department with processes, playbooks, and setup and reporting standards that enable the agency’s growth function to scale without relying on a single person • Build the team by hiring, training, and leading new members as the department grows

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in paid media and performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in ad platforms • Solid understanding of measurement, including GA4, pixels, UTMs, and attribution; implementation is not required, but you know how to diagnose issues and explain why measurement matters • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes; able to read a sales funnel and identify where leads are being lost • Proven, practical use of AI in day-to-day work • Previous experience structuring processes, documenting playbooks, and helping scale a department • Desire to lead and develop people • Senior-level presence with demanding clients: able to support recommendations with data and navigate difficult conversations calmly
