• Building open source project management software that is easy and intuitive • Developing secure, well-tested, and performant features and improvements • Advocating for product quality, security, performance, and architecture • Collaborating with product managers and designers to conceive new features • Supporting customers on technical requests when needed • Continuous enhancement of OpenProject

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Ruby on Rails Framework, relational databases, and web technologies • At least 5 years of experience in the field • Ability to craft stable, scalable, fast, and flexible applications • Comfortable with agile software development process • Effective communication skills • Proficiency in English language • Nice to have: experience with APIs and open source software • Nice to have: experience with the OpenProject product
