📋 Description

• Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes and organizational needs. • Set up and manage contacts, companies, deals, tickets, pipelines, properties, and custom fields. • Create, configure, and optimize sales and marketing automation workflows. • Build email templates, landing pages, forms, and lead capture systems. • Configure reporting dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. • Import, clean, organize, and migrate data from existing systems into HubSpot. • Set up lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages. • Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications and business tools. • Establish user roles, permissions, and account settings. • Train team members on HubSpot best practices and effective platform usage. • Document processes, workflows, system configurations, and best practices. • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to CRM efficiency and marketing performance. • Support ongoing optimization and troubleshooting of the HubSpot platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing HubSpot CRM. • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, ticketing, and automation tools. • Hands-on experience with CRM customization and data migration. • Experience creating and managing automated workflows. • Familiarity with integrations such as Outlook, Gmail, Zapier, and other business applications. • Experience with reporting, attribution, and revenue operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and project management abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage implementation projects from start to finish. • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification preferred. • HubSpot CRM Certification preferred. • HubSpot Sales Software Certification preferred. • Experience supporting B2B sales and marketing teams preferred. • Experience with revenue operations and CRM optimization preferred.
