Description

• Define and execute on the multi-year technical vision and evolution of analytics platform • Lead cross-functional long term projects and influence strategic roadmap • Manage team of Analytics Engineers and direct their work • Champion culture and values, mentor junior team members • Ensure analytics platform alignment with Data Governance principles • Identify opportunities to enhance data transformation and semantic layer systems • Expand data quality checks and enhance monitoring pipelines • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field • 6+ years of experience with database languages (SQL, DDL, DML) • 5+ years of experience in semantic modeling language (e.g. LookML) • 5+ years of experience in modern data transformation tools like DBT • 5+ years of experience with cloud database tools (GCP, AWS, Azure) • 3+ years of experience working with and presenting to non-technical stakeholders • Bonus points for additional experiences mentioned
