📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target employers, brokers, agencies, etc. • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media. • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our products/services. • Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. • Representing our product in the market at events/conferences as needed, which may take place during evening and/or weekend hours. • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and feedback. • Identify areas where we can improve tools and processes. • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization • 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels • Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain within the first 90 days
