📋 Description

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and define skills, qualifications, and job requirements for virtual assistant roles • Source candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms • Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants and match candidate experience with client requirements • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit • Coordinate and schedule client-candidate interviews • Act as liaison between clients and candidates, providing communication, feedback, and updates • Manage and track candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools • Support candidates through negotiations, offers, and onboarding • Stay current on VA industry trends, hiring best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies • Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine hiring strategies, improve processes, and optimize recruitment performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Willingness to learn recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Internship or on-the-job training (OJT) experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is an advantage • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is a plus • Experience using ATS or recruitment software is an advantage but not required
