📋 Description
• Handle routine administrative requests for an active insurance team without speaking directly to end clients • Log into multiple insurance portals daily to process service requests efficiently and accurately • Complete standard insurance servicing workflows • Maintain organized and accurate agency records • Provide urgent support during a staff medical leave • Integrate smoothly with the team and begin work immediately
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in a P&C Insurance CSR role • Deep understanding of homeowners and auto insurance products • Preferably at least six months of hands-on experience navigating Applied Epic, or strong comparable experience with other insurance management systems • Clear communication in English • Sharp attention to detail • Ability to quickly adapt to different portals and systems • Own reliable device (BYOD) • Dedicated, distraction-free remote work setup • Immediate availability and reliability to support a team experiencing a staff medical leave
