📋 Description

• Develop strategies to uphold Outsourced Doers' Code of Conduct and labor policies • Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases • Assist in drafting policies • Manage grievance processes • Serve as the main point of contact for employees working in the office • Address employee concerns or inquiries related to office operations, policies, or resources • Lead performance and employee lifecycle initiatives, including goal-setting, onboarding, and offboarding • Guide HR processes and help build a collaborative work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Well-versed in Philippine Labor Code • Experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company • Strong communication abilities • Strong analytical abilities • Strong multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment • BA/BS in HR Management or related field • Detail-oriented • Proactive • High emotional quotient for empathetic engagement • Bachelor of Laws is a plus
