📋 Description
• Own SOPs, documentation, Asana, and process rollout across the sales team • Run daily sales reporting and analyse "no sale" data to drive action • Query our AI sales call grader daily for objection and call quality insights • Manage SAM onboarding, offboarding, and tech stack training • Support QA and provide direct administrative support to sales leadership
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in sales operations or operations support • Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills • Experience with Asana (or similar) and CRM/sales tools • Excellent English and a high-ownership, detail-driven work style
