📋 Description

• Manage and execute Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including email building, design, scheduling, segmentation, and automated flows • Design Klaviyo email campaigns for Australian e-commerce brands in line with brand guidelines and marketing objectives • Create marketing and advertising creatives using Canva, including static ads, organic social media posts, email assets, and promotional materials • Design web banners and website marketing assets using appropriate dimensions • Support social media and community management, including preparing content and responding to comments and messages • Create and adapt creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, product launches, and e-commerce marketing activities • Maintain consistency across email, social media, advertising, and website creatives • Adapt creative assets to different Australian e-commerce client requirements • Research creative specifications, banner sizes, and platform requirements • Organise and maintain marketing assets, creative files, and campaign materials • Deliver multiple creative and email marketing projects within agreed deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, email marketing, or a similar role • Hands-on experience supporting Australian e-commerce brands • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo, particularly in email design, email marketing, segmentation, and automated flows • Strong email design and marketing skills • Proficiency in Canva for email designs, social media posts, static ad creatives, and web banners • Strong understanding of visual branding, layout, typography, and marketing creatives • Experience creating static advertising creatives, organic social media content, and website banners • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Shopify experience is highly regarded but not mandatory • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple creative projects, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously • Required portfolio of relevant marketing and design work, particularly Klaviyo email designs, social media creatives, advertisements, and web banners
