• Call, email, and follow up with all inbound and outbound leads in a timely manner. • Ensure fast response times for new inquiries and leads entering the pipeline. • Conduct warm follow-ups with existing leads stored in the CRM. • Perform daily email and call outreach to maintain lead engagement. • Complete light qualification to ensure only quality prospects are scheduled. • Book qualified meetings directly into the client’s calendar. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM. • Communicate professionally and clearly with potential customers. • Collaborate with the client regarding lead feedback and appointment outcomes.
• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or in a similar role. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Comfortable making calls and speaking directly with potential clients. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. • Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and communication channels efficiently. • Familiarity with CRM systems. • Experience working with a marketing agency is a plus but not required.
