📋 Description

• Execute systems and logistics that shape Overflow's employee experience — from onboarding to recognition to offboarding • Partner with the Head of People to integrate HR policies with employee experience initiatives • Support the development and execution of people policies and infrastructure across the full employee lifecycle — recruiting operations, onboarding, systems management, benefits, terminations, and offboarding • Manage employee status and supporting data via Notion and Gusto • Maintain accurate internal tracking of the employee database • Execute the culture onboarding program • Steward recognition programs that embed gratitude into daily rhythms • Manage staff gifting and celebrations through Bonusly • Execute performance-driven and staff development gatherings led by the Head of People • Maintain stewardship and regular hygiene of the People Team budget • Ensure IT infrastructure across office locations is functioning

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in People Ops, HR execution, Recruiting, and/or employee engagement roles • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to design systems that balance structure with human-centered care • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to implement people systems • Alignment with Overflow's mission and values of generosity, gratitude, excellence, family, and relationship
