📋 Description

• Support the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting through development, culture, and collaboration • Create and optimize job postings • Screen profiles and applications • Research target groups and suitable recruiting channels • Support the onboarding of new colleagues • Contribute to internal communications • Support the development of learning formats • Contribute to culture initiatives that strengthen collaboration • Take on administrative tasks • Support research activities • Prepare data for meaningful analyses and presentations • Work with a dedicated buddy from the People & Culture team

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying psychology, business psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a comparable degree program • Ideally, you have some initial practical experience, e.g., through internships or working student roles • Strong communication skills • Independent and self-directed working style • Willingness to take on responsibility early on • Willingness to actively contribute your own ideas • Initial experience with PowerPoint • Initial experience in data analysis • Ability to present content in a structured and engaging way • Commitment and openness to new ideas • Enthusiasm for actively helping shape a start-up
