• Proficient in conducting thorough research, interviewing stakeholders, and synthesizing information. • Excellent communicator able to work effectively with a diverse range of contributors and experts. • Exceptional writer with the ability to weave complex technical concepts into compelling, accessible narratives. • Strong analytical skills to distil complex information into clear insights and practical advice. • User focused and able to adapt content and style for different audiences and formats, with a keen eye for detail and quality. • Solid background in tech, with a grasp of product development processes, methodologies (like Agile, Scrum), and the tech ecosystem. • Base understanding of and interest in generative AI.
