Description

As a Software Engineer, Backend you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining the data platform and our Machine Learning products. This is an opportunity to work with cutting edge technology that transforms rich data into actionable intelligence for our customers. You will collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to build new features, build new modules, and extensions for our system. We’re seeking an action-oriented and collaborative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and can take on new challenges with optimism in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of developing and scaling high-availability systems • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) • Strong expertise in Python, Flask, Airflow, and SQL. • Experience with columnar analytical databases, for example, Redshift, Snowflake, Clickhouse, Apache Druid or others. • A bias for action, where no task is too small • Experience with managing infrastructure, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Terraform Cloud • Experience with node.js/typescript • Comfort with cloud technologies such as AWS • Experience working in high growth venture-backed startup(s) • Prior experience with fintech, trading, transaction or payments data for optimization, fraud, recommendation, routing or tracking
