• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. • Identify, analyze, and redesign operational processes to streamline workflows. • Provide first-class customer support to our clients, ensuring their success in using Paired services. • Overseeing day to day operations for recruiting clients • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure client satisfaction, including overseeing service delivery, resolving issues. • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. • Proven experience (X+ years) in a strategic operations or similar role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
