📋 Description
• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments at the same time • Build the recruiting function from scratch, including intake process, scorecards, interview structure, pipeline tracking, and reporting • Source proactively and build talent pipelines ahead of open roles • Screen candidates and run first-round interviews • Coordinate interviews and keep hiring managers moving • Manage offer conversations through close • Partner with department heads to define role requirements and hiring priorities
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record as a high-performing, self-sufficient recruiter who has built and run a full-cycle recruiting function independently • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and departments simultaneously • Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build pipelines proactively • Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly with a distributed team • Availability to work PST hours • Strong written and verbal English • Prior experience in a fast-moving or entrepreneurial environment (nice to have) • Experience hiring for content, sales, or operations roles (nice to have) • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (nice to have)
