• Review inbound seller applications for completeness and quality as determined by the approval Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Respond to seller application status inquiries across email inbox and internal ticketing system • Perform outbound calls to convert applicants into active sellers • Thoughtfully and courteously respond to all questions and issues in a timely and efficient manner • Track and record issues and data to inform the company of problems and requests for improvements • Contribute to the SOPs to enhance overall team efficiency • Continuously learn and adapt to new knowledge so you can provide the highest level of service • Perform other duties as assigned
• 3+ years of customer service experience and ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously • Excellent American English reading, writing and speaking skills • Practical experience in summarizing and optimizing SOPs • Native English speaking, writing and listening skills • Experience working for e-commerce or technology platforms • Team player who works well with others • Strong learning ability and initiative • A reliable computer, smart phone and high-speed internet connection • Time spent living in the US preferred
