Description

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the health and fitness Influencer marketing program, including Influencers recruitment, activation, and retention. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing influencers, proactively communicating with them, providing support, and addressing any concerns or inquiries. • Identify and onboard new influencers within the health and fitness vertical, utilizing various channels such as affiliate networks, industry events, and outreach efforts. • Continuously analyze and optimize influencers campaigns to maximize conversions, click-through rates, and overall revenue generation. • Monitor influencers metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to stakeholders, using data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Ensure influencers adhere to program guidelines and best practices, monitor for compliance, and take necessary actions when violations occur. • Stay updated with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in influencer marketing within the health and fitness industry, and proactively apply relevant insights to enhance our program's performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager \ Affiliate Manager, preferably in the health and fitness industry. • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through effective influencers campaigns. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and networks. • Proficient in using web analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
