Description

• Maintain strong business relationships and regular contact with the book of business • Assist new and existing customers with onboarding activities • Drive adoption and usage of PandaDoc • Identify at-risk customers and help reduce churn • Proactively review key account metrics with clients to hit and create mutual plans for success • Onboard and train additional account users via demos and presentations • Partner with Account Management on customer strategy • Partner with Solution Engineers on complex customer product needs • Work with Customer Support, Sales, and Product to articulate and monitor customer requests and feedback • Address all customer inquiries from the Book of Business • Assist team members in answering questions to ensure smooth interactions

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a Customer Success or Account Management role, with SaaS product(s), including proven ability to smoothly onboard new customers and manage relationships on an ongoing basis. • Highly organized and ability to juggle multiple priorities • Powerful communicator, proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively • Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills to meet customer needs and enhance their experience • Active listener and skilled in understanding customer concerns • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to address customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction • Great at problem-solving and proficient in analyzing complex issues • Ability to take initiative and explore innovative ways to enhance customer experience
