Description

• Participate in the whole development process: backlog refinement, coding, testing, and releasing product features. • Work in a cross-functional team of 4-5 engineers and collaborate with designers, product managers, engineering managers, and other teams to understand product vision and deliver features. • Build, maintain, and improve the application architecture and performance. • Fix production issues and supervise your code. • Actively collaborate with product managers. • Follow and contribute to agile development processes (LeSS framework).

Requirements

• 3+ years of development experience with Java. • Strong understanding of Spring Boot. • Comfortable with relational database concepts. • Experience in microservice architectures. • Proactive problem-solver, highly autonomous worker, and a fast learner. • Have a passion for new technologies and are ready to implement strategic initiatives to help the company reach its goals. • Feel comfortable with a stack-agnostic approach (contribute to Python, TypeScript if needed). • Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
