Description

• This critical role focuses on helping new users experience value faster and develop habits that lead to extended use. • The successful candidate will leverage deep understanding of data-driven experimentation, user behavior and market trends to implement an onboarding and activation strategy to set up new users for long-term success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of prior experience as a Product Manager and 3+ in a Growth role. • Proven track record in creating a strategy to move a KPI and successfully doing so. • Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is focused on learning as quickly as possible. You should both enjoy and feel confident rolling your sleeves up to own everything from strategy to execution. • Experience running AB tests and disseminating learnings to the rest of the organization. • Fluent in self serve analytics tools (Mixpanel / Amplitude), have a solid understanding of metrics / funnels in general. • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and finding solutions to complex problems. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
