• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service engineering role • Strong technical skills in relevant technologies/equipment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Outstanding communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally • Ability to work in the field, including going up and down stairs and ladders
