Description

• Conduct on-site audits, installations, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems • Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution both remotely and on-site • Ability to direct third party service providers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and service delivery • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies • Maintain detailed documentation of service operations and customer interactions • Manage service projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion • Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvements • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies • Ability to travel up to 66% of the time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service engineering role • Strong technical skills in relevant technologies/equipment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Outstanding communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively • Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally • Ability to work in the field, including going up and down stairs and ladders
