Description

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings • Qualify leads and gather key information to pass on to sales team • Develop and implement cohesive email campaigns to target potential clients • Utilize cold calling techniques to introduce and sell Paradigm Life products and services • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients • Update and maintain accurate records in a CRM system • Meet and exceed monthly targets and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in sales or lead generation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating virtually
