As the Student Success Manager for our coaching school, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction, engagement, and success of our students. Your primary focus will be on providing support and guidance to enhance the student experience, while fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment within our community platform. YOUR 5 MAIN MISSIONS: • Streamline Onboarding: Craft an onboarding process that's not just welcoming but also ensuring students know what it takes to succeed here. Keep refining the process based on real student feedback and the latest in educational best practices. • Proactive Student Support: Be the go-to person for students facing issues, providing solutions that enhance their learning experience. Collaborate with our trainers, customer support and other team members to ensure students always have access to necessary resources and support services. Regularly collect student feedback, looking for actionable insights to improve their experience. Use that feedback to make real changes that boost student satisfaction and outcomes. • Foster a Vibrant Learning Community: Encourage lively discussions and teamwork in our community platform, setting the tone for high-quality interactions. Monitor the community vibe, stepping in when needed to keep discussions productive and on-track. • Track and Enhance Performance: Keep a close eye on how students are doing, stepping in to help them get back on track when necessary. Use data to pinpoint where we can do better and implement those changes. • Organize Impactful Events: Plan events that are more than just meet-and-greets; make them opportunities for students to grow, network, and get inspired. This role is all about rolling up your sleeves, tackling challenges head-on, and being relentless in our pursuit of creating an unmatched learning experience. It's about making sure every student knows they've got the support to achieve greatness here.
Top gun Student Success Manager: you have proven experience in community management, student support, or a related role. Strong interpersonal qualities: you enjoy human interaction, naturally adapt to different individuals, and can establish high-quality connections with a diverse range of people. Tech Savvy: you are proficient in using community platforms and other communication tools. Organized, responsive, and rigorous: you can manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, excel in execution, focus on results, and pay attention to details. You love creating and improving processes and systems. Creative and resourceful: you have a strong ability to find new solutions to enhance the quality and impact of our coaching products. You also know how to and enjoy being a resource to help others solve their problems. Client-Centric Focus: you understand client needs and feedback, maintaining a client-centric approach to ensure coaching solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with the evolving needs of our diverse clientele. French: Bilingual/Native English: Fluent
