📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across multiple environments • Identify, log, track, and manage defects through to resolution • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage • Actively participate in all agile ceremonies e.g. sprint planning, and refinement sessions • Review and provide feedback on acceptance criteria and test cases to ensure completeness and accuracy • Drive test approach for complex features and releases • Support production validation and release activities • Ensure proper documentation of test results, defects, and quality metrics • Mentor junior testers and promote good practices for testing

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in manual testing • Strong understanding of SDLC, especially in Agile/Scrum environments • Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify edge cases and risk areas • Strong knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman) and database validation (SQL) • Experience with end-to-end testing and UAT support • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
