📋 Description

• Implement global study-level Start-up and Site Activation Plans • Lead global/regional study-level Recruitment Strategy • Support development of global study-level plans • Communicate with global and local teams, internal stakeholders, and CRO partners to ensure efficient and timely study delivery • Manage and oversee study vendors, including follow-up and coordination of vendor deliverables • Manage study activities from start-up through conduct and study close • Handle study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management • Support clinical research activities advancing new patient treatments • Contribute to sponsor pipeline delivery through accurate planning and efficient trial execution

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in clinical trial project management across international trials • Global experience working in clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly • Patient-focused mindset and strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and exercise own judgement • M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential; Master’s is preferred • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in clinical trial management • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Fluency in English, both written and spoken • Prior and demonstrable experience working at a senior level within Study start up is preferred
